Pradok was founded since 2002 by Biljana Stanojević and Želimir Gvardiol (former Spes Film) who have succeeded in reconciling two completely different methods and angles from which they view the reality.  They are a team made of a lawyer and a film director. The lawyer has been fighting for human rights for the past twenty years and is an expert on a number of issues concerning human rights (in particular, prisons, refugees, minorities, property…) The film director has authored a number of documentaries about transition and human rights. During the last twenty years he has won numerous prizes at dozens of festivals devoted to films on human rights and social topics.

Pradok is a member of the National Convention for the Entry into the EU in the Sphere of the Rule of Law. All relevant events related to transition, human rights and violations have been translated into film records, as chroniclers of the end of the XX and the beginning of the XXI century.

He is a participant in hundreds of international and domestic conferences on human and minority rights. From the very beginning, Pradok dealt with current topics and was a kind of chronicler of events from the break-up of  Yugoslavia until today

Pradok present activities: preparing expert analyses relative to individual political and other rehabilitation acts and confrontation with the past; monitoring vulnerable groups, including ethnic minoritie; making accessible to the public its archives and analyses;
