Traitor vs. War Criminal, 41 minutes (documentary film, English subtitles)
The Stalinist trial mechanism in an undeclared war. Two states (Serbia and Croatia) did not declare war on each other in 1991, but they did make a simultaneous common legal performance (consequences of which have been lasting for twenty years) against an innocent general, Vlado Trifunovic; they convicted him for one and the same event, each of them for its own interests: in Serbia he was convicted as a traitor (11 years imprisonment), in Croatia as a war criminal (15 years imprisonment). An absurd situation, unrecorded in military and civil history.
